This Privacy Policy explains how BRCG Digital Partners Inc. ("BRCG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Supper Bear mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). Supper Bear is a family meal-planning product. We built it to be simple and respectful of your data. We do not sell your personal information, we do not show third-party ads, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. How we use your information

Our legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies) are: performance of our contract with you, your consent (e.g., reminders, microphone access), and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.

3. Service providers and sharing

We share information only with the processors needed to run the Service, and only what each needs to perform its function. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our AI providers process your input to return a response and, under our agreements, do not use your content to train their models. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public. If BRCG is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time inside the app: open the Household tab and choose "Delete account." This removes your user record and your membership in any household. Shared household content that other members still rely on may remain in that household. You may also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data. We will honor verifiable requests as required by law.

5. Your rights and choices

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA, and we do not process sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out. To exercise a request, email us at the address below.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. BRCG Digital Partners Inc. is the data controller.

Communications. Login codes are transactional and required to use the Service. Reminders are optional and can be turned off anytime in the app.

6. Children's privacy

Supper Bear is intended for adults managing a household kitchen and is rated 4+. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Sign-in is passwordless (email codes, Apple, or Google), and sessions use signed tokens. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with our hosting provider with access restricted to your household via your invite code. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
